Chinese New Year at the Australian pavilion

The Australian pavilion will maintain its excellent pace of construction over the Chinese New Year festival thanks to our productive team of Chinese and Australian workers. Australian workers who were given time off over Christmas and our New Year will continue working at the pavilion while their Chinese co-workers are given 12 days off for Chinese New Year celebrations. Name the mascot winner visits Australia - And LOVES IT !

Shanghai: In December, Australia welcomed the winner of the Australian Pavilion's 'Name the Mascot' competition to our shores. Chen Yue's winning entry - "Peng Peng" - was chosen by the Chinese public from a field of 2,800 original entries. More >>
